How it works

Lead generation services: how the engagement runs

You are buying held meetings per month, on a number that is written down first.

This page is what happens between the first call and the first held meeting.

Book a call

Your target number is the first thing the call settles.

Tell us who you sell to

Send who you sell to. For firms that qualify, the sample list comes first.

One number, in writing, before anything starts

Your first question is what you are committing to, and for how long.

Start free, for firms that qualify.

A sample list of your buyers, then a test campaign on our domains where every reply is yours to read.

Books meetings? A monthly number is agreed. Books none? The list stays yours.

Firms that qualify sell B2B tech services or software to directors and above, with an offer to show and someone to take the meetings.

From there the unit is held meetings per month, and the number is written down before anything starts.

A meeting counts when three things are true. The company matches the ICP. The person is a director or above, or owns the budget. The meeting was held.

Across that engagement, 34 of the 49 meetings that reached their date were held, a 69% show rate. So more is booked than the target needs.

A month that falls short rolls its shortfall into the next month at no cost.

Monthly from day one. No minimum term.

The price depends on your number and your market, quoted on the call, in writing before you decide.

The number and the terms go in writing before you decide anything.

Week by week, and your part in each

You want to know what you have to do, and when. Very little, and mostly in week 0. The weeks below are the plan, not a measurement.

  1. Week 0.

The call. Your part: who you sell to, the offer you would show a buyer, and your target number.

  2. Week 1.

The ICP is written down and the list is built and checked. Your part: read the ICP and say yes or no.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3.

Warm-up, on our domains, never skipped. The writing. First sends at the end. Your part: none.

  4. Week 4 onward.

Replies, booked meetings, held meetings. Your part: take them.

The domains are ours, so the risk is ours

You have been asked why the big platforms send from their main domain and you cannot.

They have a team watching that domain's reputation all day. You have an inbox.

The usual wayHow we run it
You send from the company domain, and your invoices share its reputation.Sending domains, mailboxes, warm-up and tools sit on our side. Your domain is never touched.

The mailboxes we run for clients: 3,594 connected across 178 sending domains, as counted on 2 September 2026.

A Worker watches every campaign through its first 7 days. At 25 bounces it pauses the campaign and alerts a person.

Between 11 July and 1 September 2026 it paused 27 campaigns. A person decided every resume.

Held is the unit, and the show rate is printed

Your last report counted booked meetings. You remember how many you sat in.

The usual wayHow we run it
You count booked meetings.A booked meeting that did not happen counts for nothing.

Across that engagement, 34 of the 49 meetings that reached their date were held. So more is booked than the target needs, and the number you were promised survives the no-shows.

Thirty committed, thirty-three held. 92% of the meetings booked were with a director or above.

What a reply is worth, and what it is not

Your reply count is the number you are shown most and the one that tells you least. A reply starts a conversation. A conversation is not a meeting.

The usual wayHow we run it
You hear about a reply when somebody opens the inbox.Every reply, on email and on LinkedIn, is captured every 10 minutes, classified, and put in front of a person.

Our own software captures each reply, classifies it, and drafts a response for a person to decide on. No reply-speed number appears on this site, because none has been measured.

For a US software engineering firm, 214,657 emails across 19 campaigns returned 2,923 replies, all on record.

The process questions you ask before you start

How long before the first send?

Your first send waits for warm-up, and warm-up is not skipped.

The week-by-week plan above puts the first sends at the end of week three. That is the plan, not a measurement.

What does done-for-you mean, and what do we still do?

Everything before a meeting is on our side: the list, the checking, the domains, the warm-up, the tools, the writing. You take the meetings and close them.

We already run outbound in-house. Can this sit beside it?

Yes. Nothing here touches your domain or your mailboxes. Your outbound keeps its reputation and this keeps its own.

Who writes the messages?

We do. One message per company, from what that company publishes, and each one is measured. Personalised subject lines replied at 3.64% on one campaign, against 2.02% for universal ones on another.

Whether you read them before the first send is settled on the call.

What if a booked meeting is not held?

It does not count. A booked meeting that was cancelled or missed is not one of yours.

That is why more is booked than the target needs, against a measured 69%.

Can we pause or stop?

Yes. Monthly from day one, with no minimum term.
