Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026.

This policy explains what personal data Prospects Pulse Limited collects when you use this website or deal with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under UK data protection law.

By using the website you agree to the collection and use of information as set out here.

Who we are

Prospects Pulse Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Company number 17245311, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 63 Garwood Crescent, Milton Keynes, MK8 0NW, United Kingdom.

Questions about this policy go to nilesh@prospectspulse.com, or by post to the registered office.

Definitions

Personal data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Usage data means data collected automatically when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the time spent on each page.

Website means prospectspulse.com and its pages.

You means the individual using the website or dealing with us, or the company on whose behalf that individual is acting.

What we collect

Information you give us. The contact form asks for your name, your work email address, your company, what you sell and who you sell to, and a message.

When you book a call through Calendly you give Calendly your name, your email address and the time you chose. Calendly passes those to us.

Usage data. When you visit the website, Cloudflare, which hosts it, records usage data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.

Anti-spam checks. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser information for that purpose.

Cookies

The website itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and for Turnstile to work. Calendly sets its own cookies when you choose to load the booking widget on the contact page, and its own privacy policy applies to that.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies. If you do, the contact form may not work.

How we use personal data

To reply to you and to deal with what you asked for, including building a sample list where you asked for one.

To run an engagement you have agreed to, and to keep the records that engagement needs.

To keep the website secure and to understand how it is used.

To comply with a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data.

The lawful bases we rely on

When you contact us or book a call, we rely on the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, and on the contract itself once one exists.

For business-to-business marketing, including outreach we send on behalf of clients, we rely on legitimate interests under UK GDPR.

The interest is introducing a relevant business offer to a person in a business role, using contact details drawn from public sources. We balance that interest against the person's own rights before we rely on it.

If you do not want to hear from us, one line to nilesh@prospectspulse.com stops it, and every message we send carries a way to say so.

Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

People we contact on behalf of clients

If you have received an email from us on behalf of a client, the data we hold about you is business contact data. That means your name, your job title, your company and a work email address.

It is drawn from public sources such as company websites, registries, filings, event rosters and professional profiles.

We use it only to introduce a business offer relevant to your role. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop, by writing to nilesh@prospectspulse.com.

Who we share personal data with

Processors who act on our instructions and only for the purposes above. Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Turnstile. AgentMail delivers contact-form messages to us as email. Calendly runs the booking page.

Each processes your data under its own contractual terms with us.

Our delivery office in India, at 703 Mount Unique, Sus-Pashan Road, Baner, Pune 411045, processes data on our behalf. Transfers outside the United Kingdom are made with appropriate safeguards in place.

Public authorities, where the law requires it.

A buyer of the business, if the business or its assets are sold, in which case you will be told before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking data are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of our dealings with you.

Data about people we contact on behalf of clients is kept while the engagement runs and removed when it ends, or earlier if you ask.

Usage data is kept for a shorter period, except where it is needed for security or where the law requires longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased.

You can also restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you gave.

To use any of these rights, write to nilesh@prospectspulse.com. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
